The grill and the two burners for the steam table run on propane, which is stored neatly and easily-accessible behind a door with a safety latch in its own propane compartment. The propane compartment is locate in the front part of the trailer (tongue) and it holds two twenty-pound tanks (not included), so you will never run out.
The cart rests on a DOT approved heavy duty trailer (title included) with baked enamel finish. The leaf spring suspension system allows you to tow it at freeway speeds with safety. The tires size is 4.8” x 8” standard.
The towing bar hitch is removable (looks better and you can walk around the trailer without having to jump over it) and is equipped with a 1 7/8” ball coupler with two safety chains. It is also available size 2” ball coupler (optional, 40 dollars extra).
The lights are tail, stop, signals and hazards. The wiring harness for the lights is male. The lights come with a license plate holder.
WHEEL LEVELING JACK
Keep your trailer on the level with this easy-to-use 1000 lb. capacity swing-back trailer jack. With the swing-back style there’s no need to remove the jack when hauling the trailer, just fold it back and away. The trailer jack has a side crank handle to level it.
The grill is a double rack four independent burners with plenty of cooking space. The drip tray is below the barbecue and sufficient to hold grease for months, so you won’t have to clean it everyday. Please know that people prefer grilled hot dogs and sausages rather than steamed.
The steam table consists on two big cast iron burners with its own shut off valve. The steam table accommodates four half size pans. Other configurations available. You can steam your buns, heat up the chili, sauerkraut and cheese. You can also steam your hot dogs, keep your grill onions warm, etc. The steam table includes four half size pans six inches deep with solid lids. Spillage pans are an optional and they will vary on the price depending on which ones you choose. All pans and lids are NSF approved and listed. Also removable for easy cleaning.
The cart has three warewashing sinks with hot and cold water. Each warewashing sink is large enough to accommodate the largest utensil. Warewashing sinks are 12″ wide x 12″ long x 10″ deep. Each warewashing sink is equipped with a mixing swivel faucet capable of providing hot water at a minimum of 120 degrees Fahrenheit and cold water at 99 degrees Fahrenheit or less as required by law.
The handwashing sink is separated from the warewashing sinks by a metal splashguard with a height of 8″. Handwashing sink is 12″ wide x 9″ long x 10″ deep. Sink is equipped with a mixing swivel faucet capable of providing hot water at a minimum of 120 degrees Fahrenheit and cold water at 99 degrees Fahrenheit or less as required by law.
The water heater is capable of heating water to a minimum of 120 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a capacity of 4 gallons and it is interconnected to the potable water tanks.
The cart is equipped with an electrical water pump capable of delivering a minimum of 1 gallon per minute of hot and cold water.
POTABLE WATER TANK
The 4/5 gallon potable water tanks are sufficient in volume to fulfill the required 5 gallon minimum for hand washing and the 15 gallon for warewashing and food preparation.
All waste lines are connected to the wastewater tank with watertight seals. The wastewater tank has an air vent water flow to prevent potential flooding of the interior of the cart. The tank has a capacity of 36 gallons and it has a discharge valve to facilitate complete draining.
The cart is equipped with an electrical refrigeration unit to store all potentially hazardous foods as required by California law.
There are two storage compartments. One in the front and one in the back. The storage compartment in the back is the perfect place to keep extra napkins, extra foil, paper bags, straws, tongs, spoons, etc. The storage compartment in the front under the steam table is the place to keep your fresh hot dog buns. Both compartments have a door with a safety latch.
The two 9 feet market umbrella could be green, navy blue and some other colors (your choice). The umbrella holders are at each side of the cart, which gives you perfect shade. No need to clean and it is much cheaper and faster to replace. 9 years of experience selling hot dogs will tell you that a vinyl umbrella needs to be clean with a brush and soap in an open space once a week from the dust and the grease.
The beverages bin has its own drain and is insulated to maximize the life of the ice. It holds 144 cans. The lid is hinged and easily reachable for the customers to help themselves and for your to refill it.
