This could be a new home for someone, a work office or a rental home. Completely, and I mean completely remodeled from floor to roof. It has NOT been lived in since remodel. Does not require a concrete pad and comes with brand new jacks.

It was originally a 1993 Pacific Mobil Office Trailer. It is 12′ wide by 32′ long. It was a ground up remodel from new floor boards/braces, sheet rock, roof, siding, windows, wiring, pluming, carpet, flooring, insulation, ceiling fans in all rooms, extra large shower, bathroom, kitchen and living room cabinets, fridge, stackable washer and dryer, swamp cooler, new water heater, new modern lights inside and out, wired for Direct TV, earth tone color paint and new thick doors. It has a spacious kitchen, living room, private bathroom and a nice size bedroom. It is very bright with lots of windows. All restorations were completed by licensed contractors and was just finished June of this year. We have purchased a home and need to sell ASAP!! We built it to use it as a rental. Should rent for at least $800 a month. I have about 30 pictures if you need to see more of it. It is easy to move. Moved it last year about 15 miles with a Ford F250 with no problems. These trailers sell for over $20,000 new with NOTHING in them. This is move in ready. Everything is top of the line!

Contact Steve Reeves at 209-840-1897 It wont last long. $12,000 OBO!
